The PFR GUIDE was inspired by some of the thousands of U.S. citizens who enjoy international travel and cruises but find their options limited primarily by government decisions surrounding a narrow set of criminal convictions. They are commonly referred to as PFR's - persons forced to register. The Guide's objectives are to save those citizens and their families from unnecessary planning, expense and trip interruptions. The Guide provides the information contained on this site for the benefit of travelers with unique circumstances.
